App & Driver Terms

1. App Usage
The Gohfr app connects customers with independent delivery drivers.
2. Driver Requirements
Drivers must:
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Maintain active vehicle insurance
- Have reliable transportation
- Successfully complete a background check
3. Independent Contractor Status
Drivers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for:
- Their conduct
- Their vehicle
- Compliance with laws
4. Background Checks
All drivers must pass a background check to use the platform.
5. Ratings & Performance
- Customers may rate drivers
- Gohfr may monitor performance and activity
6. Location Data
- Driver location (latitude/longitude) is collected for operational purposes
- Customer location is not tracked beyond delivery details
7. Account Suspension
Gohfr may suspend or terminate:
- Driver accounts
- Customer accounts
At its sole discretion, without prior notice.
8. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Misrepresent delivery contents
- Interfere with platform operations
9. Limitation of Liability
Gohfr is not responsible for:
- Actions of independent drivers
- Delays or service interruptions
- Loss or damage of goods
10. Disputes
- Arbitration required
- Governed by Texas law
