1. Acceptance

By using Gohfr services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Gohfr provides on-demand and scheduled delivery services through a network of independent contractors.

3. Independent Contractors

All drivers are independent 1099 contractors, not employees of Gohfr.

4. Service Commitment

Services are provided on a best-effort basis
Delivery times are not guaranteed
Safety is prioritized over speed

5. Prohibited Items

You agree NOT to ship:

Illegal goods
Hazardous materials
Cash
High-value items (e.g., jewelry, collectibles)

6. Payments

Payments are processed via third-party providers
You agree to all applicable charges

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gohfr is not liable for:

Delivery delays
Damaged goods
Lost items

8. Insurance

Gohfr maintains a cargo insurance policy
Coverage is limited and subject to policy terms
Not all shipments qualify for coverage

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Properly package items
Ensure items are lawful and compliant

10. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed:

The driver will contact the originating party
Additional fees may apply

11. Account Suspension

Gohfr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to binding arbitration
Governing law: State of Texas

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.
